Our custom jewelry creation process is a customer-centered, personalized experience that you will never forget. You are involved in every step and decision. Our #1 goal is to exceed your expectations while creating a custom jewelry piece you’ll never want to take off.
We can do this (safely) face to face, or via phone and computer – we service customers around the world!
SKETCHING (THE FUN PART!)
After gaining an understanding of YOU- your taste, style, lifestyle – and looking at other pieces for inspiration, we’ll create scaled sketches of your jewelry design. After your edits and approval have been reached on the sketch, we move to Cad-Cam designs.
WAX MODELS
A 3-D printer produces a wax model of your piece with exact measurement. We will send you that prototype for final approval or images of the 3-D wax model can be sent via email if necessary. Approval of this model is the last step before we proceed to casting your custom jewelry creation.
TECHNOLOGY
This computer aided jewelry design technology produces a precision three-dimensional model of your approved design sketches. The CAD rendering is presented to you via email for your approval, then we move on to molds.
FINAL PRODUCTION STEPS
Casting, Pre-Finishing, Assembly, Fabrication, Stone Setting & Final Finishing
Your Custom Jewelry Creation will now be casted into the precious metal or metals of your choice. Rough edges and sides are filed down and smoothed. Assembly, fabrication and stone setting are next, followed by final detailed finishing – polishing, engraving and more.
